Wayne was one of the original directors appointed when Pliocene Ridge CSD was formed.
He moved to Alleghany in 1964 and was active in the fire department from 1970 until his retirement from the Pliocene Ridge CSD board. He served two times (unconsecutively) as Alleghany fire chief between the years of 1980 and 1987.
Pliocene Ridge Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
