Bruce moved to Alleghany in 2004. He has been a volunteer fire fighter with the Fire Dept since that time. He served on the Alleghany County Water District Board in 2006 and 2007. In 2007 he got his Water Distribution License and became the Chief Water Operator for the Water District, a position that he still holds.
Education: AA degree in Phsychology from Chabout College.
