Wayne has been a board member since the district was formed.
He moved to Alleghany in 1964 and has been active in the fire department since 1970. He served two times (unconsecutively) as Alleghany fire chief between the years of 1980 and 1987.
Pliocene Ridge Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
